    John C. Manocchio, CFP®, CRPC®

    Weatlh Planner

"When I decided to become a financial advisor, I committed myself to earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.  I believe that I owe my clients the highest level of education and preparation.  Anyone can call themselves a financial advisor, but only those who have met the CFP Board's high standards for certification can call themselves a CFP® Professional.  This means I always act as fiduciary putting client's interests first at all times."

John graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and moved to the Truckee Tahoe region in 1996.  After 15 years in the manufacturing industry, John became a financial advisor in 2011 and then earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. That engineering experience is now being used to develop solutions and help clients pursue their financial goals. John believes that financial planning is less about how much money you have and more about making educated decisions with the money that you do have.

John and his wife Sarah met in Tahoe and were married in 2006.  Sarah is an engineer for a local public agency.  John and Sarah are raising two young boys Lucas and Zachary in Truckee.  Also a member of the family is a little rescue named Lucy.
